Cabo Velas

The project is located in the eighth district of Santa Cruz in Guanacaste, an area that boasts 67 kilometeres of the beach, all of which are distinctly different. Within minutes of the project there are no less than ten beachs. Within three minutes is the famous National Park of the Giant Leatherback Turtles.

The other beaches are Playa Tamarindo, Playa Ventana, Playa Carbón, Playa Escondite, Playa Pedregosa, Playa Real, Playa Jesús, Playa Mina, and last but not least Playa Conchal. For anyone who loves beaches it is truly a paradise.

The beachs are so increadibly different that one finds oneself in disbelief that such contrasts are possible within a short distance from on another.
