Access and external areas

     Parking Space:

     - Parking spaces throughout the public road and inside the lot

     - Transfer to each of the buildings will be provided by alternative transportation, guaranteeing the conditions for vehicles to access each of the buildings, in case of emergency

     External circulations:

     - Paths and routes shall be developed in the external areas that should ease the connections between the buildings, the resting areas for each 2 buildings and the collective recreational areas

     Paths shall also be established in the woods areas to be enjoyed as part of the recreational offers

     Green Areas:

     - Our social areas will include green areas and gardens following the considerations of the design, and located in the surrounding areas of the buildings and at the main access

     - Wooded areas shall be kept without exploitation as part of the overall project

     Semi-private Resting areas:

     - Resting areas should be established, with shaded areas, dedicated to the enjoyment of each family, in a natural environment and as part of the paths that will ease the connection between the buildings
